Sharp knives and fine wine- a good combination?

The IT3 team had a load of fun learning some cooking secrets at Mons Ban Sabai Thai Garden Restaurant and Cooking School at Camp Hill.

As well as learning how to cook some popular dishes, we also enjoyed the fruits of our labour with a delicious four-course meal at the end of the class.
